These illegal gun switches may be small, but they can turn a handgun into a weapon that fires dozens of rounds in seconds. They have no place in our communities. Now is the time for New York to act.

I have a message for those who are creating homemade killing machines, illegal machine guns and 3D-printed ghost guns: Not in the State of New York. Not on my watch.
We’re sending a clear message to anyone who stages crashes, defrauds New Yorkers, or puts lives at risk like this incident in Queens: We will find you. We will prosecute you. And we will make you pay the price.  We’re cracking down on staged crashes to protect New Yorkers’ safety and their wallets.
Everyone should be able to walk into their place of worship without fear of harassment or intimidation. Alongside Jewish leaders and community members, today we made that the law in New York.
No one should be targeted for who they are or what they believe. Islamophobia has no place in New York. @nyspolice stands ready to assist in the investigation of this cowardly act of hate.

The allegations in the Cornell University sexual assault case are nothing short of horrifying. For any student to come forward after an experience like this takes extraordinary courage. No student should ever be left wondering whether the institutions meant to protect them will listen and act.   I support the district attorney’s decision to reopen the criminal investigation. But there are also serious questions about Cornell’s campus culture and its systems for prevention, reporting, and response.    That is why I am calling for outside counsel to conduct a transparent, independent review of the university’s response to determine whether Cornell met every obligation to protect its students and pursue justice.

Two more innocent New Yorkers are dead because of the most pro-criminal Governor in America, Kathy Hochul. Hochul’s parole board released a violent career criminal with 13 arrests back onto our streets. With Hochul’s get-out-of-jail-free card in hand, he went on to kill two people. Kathy Hochul always puts criminals first, but that ends when I’m Governor. Help is on the way!

A 48-hour robbery spree leaves two New Yorkers dead. Now the parolee accused in the killings is back in custody after an FBI-backed manhunt. Police say Jesus Acosta, 31, is connected to deadly shootings at a Brooklyn restaurant and a Bronx deli before authorities track him down Friday morning. Acosta had 13 prior arrests and had been on parole since April after serving 10 years in prison for assault and criminal weapon possession, according to state prison records cited by the New York Post. "We are relieved that this dangerous man is off our streets," United Bodegas of America says, while blasting the justice system over his release. Read more⬇️

A quick way to share your support, your ideas, or your story with the campaign.

Zohran Mamdani just cut law enforcement expansion from his $125B budget. @KathyHochul bailed him out and called it a "win." Crime is up double digits across NY. In Nassau, I hired 600+ officers and built the safest county in America. New Yorkers deserve a Governor who actually fights for them.

Blakeman Blasts Hochul Move to Put Convicted Criminals on State Commission

Nassau County Executive and presumptive Republican nominee for Governor of New York, Bruce Blakeman, today slammed Governor Kathy Hochul for “putting criminals first” as she expands the State Commission of Corrections to include at least one convicted criminal.

Blakeman: Hochul's Cashless Bail Law Fuels Holiday Crime and Hurts Local Businesses

Kathy Hochul is proud. Proud to let violent criminals walk free. Proud to put illegal immigrants ahead of you. New Yorkers are paying the price for her pride. Higher bills. More crime. Less safety. When I am Governor, New York works for New Yorkers again. Not for Kathy Hochul’s agenda.
In Kathy Hochul's New York, if you commit a crime, she won't just let you out early—she'll give you the keys to the prison. Handing corrections oversight to a convict she personally cut loose is a slap in the face to victims and an absolute betrayal of our corrections officers.

Zohran Mamdani uses reckless words to put targets on Jewish New Yorkers. Now, as antisemitic violence rises, he wants to backtrack and pretend his words never mattered. Kathy Hochul had four years to restore safety and security to our communities. Instead, New York got more crime, more chaos, and more excuses. In Nassau County, I did it differently. Safest county in America. No excuses. When I am Governor, New York gets common sense back. Enough is enough.
I removed 2,000 criminals from Nassau County streets. Attempted murder. Rape. Carjacking. Drug dealing. And they’re attacking us for it. The question is simple: where do they want them to go? Back into your community?
Kathy Hochul’s cashless bail laws put repeat offenders back on the street. New Yorkers are paying the price. I’m running to restore public safety.
New York will not be a sanctuary state when I’m Governor. The law will be enforced. Criminals will be held accountable. And New Yorkers will come first.
Eight shots fired on a Queens street corner before 7 AM. Two men shot and fighting for their lives. This is what failure looks like. In Nassau, I hired over 600 law enforcement officers and built the safest county in America. When I am Governor, every New Yorker gets that same safety, not just Nassau.
New York is falling apart because leaders like Kathy Hochul stopped enforcing the law. DAY 1 as Governor, I’ll put public safety first, back our police, and make New York safe again - just like I did in Nassau County.
I am very grateful to the residents of Nassau County for giving me the honor to serve them again and I will continue to fight to keep this the safest county in America without raising taxes.
Tired of being punched around by @KathyHochul? Between skyrocketing utility rates, higher taxes, and a "cashless bail" system that sets criminals free, enough is enough! As your Governor, these hits end on Day One. It's time to fight back for a safer, more affordable New York.
Kathy Hochul and her allies tried to weaponize the system to shut us out of public matching funds. Dirty politics, plain and simple. But New York Courts saw through the scam and unanimously ruled in our favor. When I am Governor, we will cut taxes, repeal cashless bail, and restore judicial discretion statewide to protect you.
Thanks to the great Sean Hannity for this shoutout at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards. My administration has made Nassau the safest County in America despite the chaos taking place in bordering NYC. We are committed to law and order!

Jawad and Junaid Choudhary sought to defraud New York’s Medicaid system out of over $1.6 million by billing for non-existent services, inflating charges, and paying kickbacks,

New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli, Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon, New York State Police Superintendent Steven G. James, and Acting Medicaid Inspector General Frank T. Walsh, Jr. today announced that two brothers pleaded guilty to grand larceny in the second degree for using three Medicaid transportation companies to systematically defraud the program out of more than $1.6 million. Jawad Choudhary, 44, and Junaid Choudhary, 45, both of Clifton Park, will pay full restitution.

Jawad and Junaid Choudhary sought to defraud New York’s Medicaid system out of over $1.6 million by billing for non-existent services, inflating charges, and paying kickbacks,

“The defendants in this case were bilking the state and lying about services provided to those who truly rely on Medicaid funding to live a healthy life,” Kindlon said. “I applaud the work of the Office of the New York State Comptroller, the Medicaid Inspector General, New York State Police and our Financial Crimes Bureau, who will always work together tirelessly to detect, investigate, and dismantle these health care fraud schemes that drain critical resources from programs intended for those who need medical care the most.”

The insanity of our elected officials, on full display. On October 15, Mayor @ZohranKMamdani, @SenSchumer, @SenGillibrand, Leader @RepJeffries, nine New York members of Congress including @AOC and Jerry Nadler, and NYC Comptroller @MarkLevineNYC signed a letter urging private garage owners to deny space to federal law enforcement agents. Why? Because on October 8, federal agents tried to arrest Oscar Belgal in Marble Hill: a man with a grand larceny conviction, a pending felony drug-sale charge, and, according to DHS, ties to the Trinitarios gang. This year, federal prosecutors charged the gang's "Bad Boys 7" crew in a carjacking murder on the Cross County Parkway and a Bronx killing. DHS says Belgal was a target of the investigation into last year's shooting of a CBP officer, and @SecMullinDHS says he has "either indirect or direct knowledge" of it. DHS also says he rammed agents' vehicles trying to flee. This wasn't the cook at your local restaurant. How does shielding him make New York safer? Instead of asking why a man with a federal immigration detainer was back on our streets, these officials went after Target because agents parked in a lot it co-owns. This is intimidation, and it puts every business owner in this city in an impossible position. Someone should remind these elected officials that knowingly concealing or shielding someone from federal authorities is a federal crime, punishable by up to five years in prison. How do these people keep getting elected?

.@TomDiNapoli just sent Anthropic, possibly the most transformative company of our generation, a public letter demanding it rewrite its ownership structure before it even goes public. Founder-led structures like this are how Google and Meta were built. They are also why New York's pension fund made fortunes holding those stocks. DiNapoli has been Comptroller for nearly 20 years. Instead of asking how New York can share in the AI economy, he's lecturing its builders and posting about it. That's the problem with Albany. From DiNapoli to @GovKathyHochul , New York keeps sending the AI industry the same message: you're a risk to be managed, not a partner to be recruited. Meanwhile, the jobs, the capital, and the tax base are going elsewhere. I've built 12 companies and taken 5 public. I know how founders think and where they choose to grow. As Comptroller, I'll invest smartly in the companies shaping the next century. I'll hold them accountable through engagement, not press releases.
